- Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (Pacific Time)
- Responses will generally be within 1 hour or next business day if within 1 hour of closing.
- Will provide video and written test procedures for the operators.

- Visit the site (depending on location) where testing will be done and set up the hardware and software.
- Train up to 5 people on the testing. Recording audio and video is permitted.
